    We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer who is more than just a skilled engineer. We are looking for an organized, high-capacity leader to serve as a technical steward of our partner portals and back-office systems.


    In this role, you will co-architect the digital infrastructure that supports global missions, ensuring our platforms are performant, secure, and ready to scale 24/7.

    The Mission: Core Responsibilities

    Architectural Leadership: Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the ABP.io / ASP.NET Boilerplate framework. You will champion Clean Architecture and Modular Monolith patterns.Full-Stack Development: Drive the full application lifecycle, improving and fixing features across .NET 9 and Angular v20+ environments.Integration Orchestration: Oversee and optimize critical connections to Salesforce (SOQL/APEX)Twilio, and secure payment gateways (Bluefin, Google Pay).Identity & Security: Configure and extend our AuthServer and integrate with Azure Entra ID (SSO) using OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0.DevOps & Reliability: Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, Docker containers, and Terraform (IaC). You will own the CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to ensure production stability.High-Traffic Optimization: Implement advanced Redis caching patterns (cache-aside, write-through) to handle high-traffic donor surges during global events.

     

    The Ideal Candidate: Requirements

    Professional Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in C#, ASP.NET Core (6/7/8/9), and MVC.Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in modern Angular (v14—20+) for building responsive, performant SPAs.Data Architecture: Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL and schema optimization.Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure deployment best practices, and Docker/Containerization.Secure Auth: Proven track record with Duende Identity Server or custom AuthServer solutions.Personal Commitment: A committed Christian who is personally dedicated to the Gospel, an active member of a local Bible-believing church, and passionate about using technology for evangelism.

     

    The "Tech-Lead" Edge (Nice-to-Haves)

    Experience with Cloudflare Zero-Trust (Workers, R2, WAF).Scripting proficiency in Python for automation and data processing.Familiarity with professional shipping software (Shipstation/VeraCore) and HubSpot, Salesforce CRM.Previous experience in media, broadcasting, or high-volume donor-funded environments.


    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

    Full-time on-site presence at our Bedford, TX headquarters.Fine motor skills/digital dexterity for high-level coding and infrastructure handling (cabling/server racks).Ability to work extended hours during special global broadcast events as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, build, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns—including broadcasts, devotional series, fundraising drives, event promotions, and partner updates—from concept to analysis.List Management & Segmentation: Master our audience database to create sophisticated segmentation strategies based on viewer behavior, donation history, content engagement, and demographics to deliver hyper-relevant messaging.Content & Copywriting: Collaborate with ministry and content teams to write, edit, and design engaging email copy and layouts that reflect Daystar’s voice, inspire action, and comply with brand guidelines.Automation & Journey Building: Build and maintain automated email journeys (welcome series, nurture streams, re-engagement campaigns) using marketing automation tools to foster long-term supporter relationships.Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to continually improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics (deliverability, engagement, ROI). Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.Platform Management: Serve as the day-to-day expert for our email marketing platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, etc.), ensuring best practices in list hygiene, template design, and technical execution.Compliance: Ensure all email activities adhere to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Required Qualifications:

    Experience:

    3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in a nonprofit, ministry, media, or direct-response environment. Proven track record of managing successful, large-scale email programs.Technical Proficiency: Expertise with a major email marketing platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).Strong HTML/CSS skills for email template customization and troubleshooting.Experience with email list management, segmentation, and marketing automation.Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and integrating email data.

    Skills & Abilities:

    Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills with an ability to write for both spiritual inspiration and direct response.A keen analytical mind with the ability to derive meaning from data and translate it into strategy.Meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning list management, testing, and quality assurance.Understanding of donor/audience lifecycle marketing principles.Soft Skills: Heart for ministry and alignment with Daystar’s mission. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.     Assistant Audio Engineer is responsible for working in a studio environment mixing/editing and dialog content for broadcast television and various digital platforms. Experience with setting up and maintaining audio equipment, enhancing audio with the appropriate sound effects and fixing sound-related issues.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Work alongside Audio Supervisor and Producers to manage and meet audio post needs as determined by regular workflow and project/deadline driven needs.Ensures final live audio mixes are consistent with overall vision of the program.Uses creativity and audio skills to provide the final mixes required to complete the project.Creative and knowledgeable in the concepts of audio recording.Works with Audio Supervisor, other members of Audio, Production, IT, and Engineering to maintain and support audio and networking functions to keep audio post systems in good working order.Proficient in technical aspects of audio including:

    ·       Music: Pro-Tools, vocal tuning, editing, mixing, techniques, and more.

    ·       Video: Pro-Tools, forensic, audio cleanup techniques, mixing techniques, for dialog and dialog with music, and more.

    ·       DVD production and digital platforms: Pro-Tools and mastering software for DVD production.

    The Strategic Scope

    As our Senior Broadcast Network Engineer, you will own the "Red" (Broadcast) and "Blue" (Production) zones. You will be the primary technical authority for our RF Engineering and Studio Production departments, ensuring that our live streams and broadcast signals never falter.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Architect & Innovate: Design and implement robust Spine-Leaf architectures and VLAN/VRF segregation strategies to isolate and protect high-priority broadcast traffic.Security Orchestration: Manage and "harden" our perimeter using Fortinet Firewalls and CrowdStrike Identity Protection, ensuring a zero-trust environment for our production assets.Broadcast Fabric Management: Lead the configuration and optimization of Juniper SRX/EX and Arista switching environments, prioritizing high-throughput video delivery and PTP (Precision Time Protocol) synchronization.Deployment & Physical Mastery: Physically build and setup sophisticated networks, from rack elevation and cable management to the logical configuration of VPNs, QoS, and Load Balancers.Strategic Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex network outages, utilizing deep packet inspection and forensic analysis to maintain maximum uptime.Future-Proof Documentation: Create best-in-class technical documentation and SOPs that enable scalability and ensure the longevity of our global infrastructure.Collaborative Leadership: Partner directly with the RF and Studio Engineering teams to troubleshoot SRT/RTMP pathways and automate streaming workflows.

     

    The Expert Profile

    We are looking for a veteran who speaks the language of both Enterprise IT and Live Broadcast.

     

    Qualifications & Expertise:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of senior-level experience in high-availability environments (Broadcast or Telecom experience is a major plus).Core Tech Stack Mastery: * Expert-level command of Fortinet Firewall Management.Deep expertise in Juniper SRX/EX switching and Junos OS.Strong knowledge of Arista, Brocade, and Dell switching environments.Systems Knowledge: Advanced understanding of VMware, Active Directory, and Windows Server (2019/2022).Cloud Fluency: Experience with Azure and Office 365 integration within a hybrid-cloud model.Certifications: JNCIP, CCNP, or CCNA preferred.
