o Lead Hybris Migration Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Hybris platform migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.o Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless communication and project success.o Migration Strategy Development: Design and implement migration strategies to ensure data integrity, system compatibility, and minimal disruption to business operations.o Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate the success of migration efforts.o Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the migration process and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.o Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status.o Support SF bay area team plus Korea time meetings as needed Salary: 130K - 140K/yr.Qualifications

The WMS Project Manager for this open position will be reporting into a larger task force (T/F) created to migrate client’s SAP WMS to their proprietary platform. This is a senior/experienced role with responsibilities that include managing a small team/unit within the T/F, communicating directly with clients and stakeholders, managing project scopes and directions, and providing subject matter expertise around SAP WMS. A successful candidate for this role would possess the following requirements.
Responsibilities:Generate project documentation (e.g. scope, objectives, requirements, schedule, and status), development of project milestones, tracking project costs, development, and testing progress of the project, documenting and tracking issues and risks, communication of project status to management, clients, and stakeholdersProvide management of WMS team/sub-unit within Project T/F reporting into T/F leadersProvide subject matter expertise as required around SAP WMSAssessment of As-Is, and Consultation for To-BeSchedule and coordinate meetings between clients/stakeholders and HQ Project T/F Teams which will require strong communication skills and bilingual in English and KoreanSalary: 130K - 150K/yr. 9+ Years of relevant experience requiredMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field requiredBilingual in English (for Clients) and Korean (for HQ Teams) requiredBilingual as above with strong communication skills in order to successfully coordinate complex requirements and project details between on-site clients/stakeholders in CA and project T/F members dispatched from HQ in South KoreaExperience and knowledge of SAP WM or LE module requiredAbility to analyze and interpret existing ABAP code preferredManagerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills requiredStrong sense of personal accountability in managing in a team/groupExperience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityExcellent understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, project time/resource management, organizational skills requiredAbility to travel both domestic and internationally as project requires
