Someone who is hands-on, confident, and precise, with the ability to solve challenges on-site.

Requirements
Reliable transportation: Must own an insured truck or van suitable for construction work.
Fully equipped: Possess a complete set of tools necessary for carpentry and related tasks.
Experience: 35 years in residential construction, with a focus on rough and finish carpentry.
Professionalism: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Work ethic: Strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
