The selected candidate will collaborate with an experienced training team to design, develop, and deliver certifiable training programs for adult learners. She/he will: Conduct competency‐based platform training that leverages a range of instructional technologies. Collaborate with instructors and training developers to design and develop classroom and blended learning solutions that prepare students to execute their mission using a software system. Partner with subject‐matter experts to define instructional requirements, analyze software functionality, adapt engineering documentation, and implement effective training solutions. Work with technical writers and web managers to develop, publish, and maintain a variety of training products. Maintain and troubleshoot classroom operational workstations to ensure a ready training environment.
