The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments through the parts warehouse, supporting our parts department and other departments by handling the movement of parts and other items in and out of our building.

Position Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments, verify against purchase orders.Note if items are backordered on paperworkNote if incorrect or damaged items received on paperworkAttach packing slips to PO’s and forward to proper personPackage and prepare outgoing shipments, using method of shipment appropriate to needs (UPS, FedEx, eShipping, etc.).Assist parts staff by pulling stock items for orders (from shelf or Hanel system) – distribute or ship as appropriate.Put parts stock orders away (on shelf or in Hanel) as received.Monitor field tech bins and ship items in bins to drop points as appropriate.Periodically review open PO file for aged orders, determine whether order is still pending.Maintain housekeeping in parts warehouse area.Assist with parts physical inventory, as assigned by Parts Mgr.Back up to parts driver – make local deliveries or pick ups, if needed.May need to assist unloading trucks as deliveries come to our dock.Regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties or projects as assigned by Regional Parts Mgr.Essential skills and experience:

SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Operator maintains working operations of AGV systems. The Operator shall correct AGV malfunctions on the floor to support operations at the customer facility.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintains a log of all faults/events during shift and submits them to the Team Lead.Inspects Industrial Personnel Carriers (IPC) at the beginning of each shift and records information on the safety check list.Reports any abnormal findings with IPCs to the AGV lead.
