Position Summary:
The Divisional Operations Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations for a high-volume commissary operation in the Dallas market while supporting broader regional finance initiatives across the East region. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicates with a diverse range of customers, patrons and individuals.Uses basic and advanced knowledge to detect fake or passed off identification to enter the venue.Uses knowledge of fake or fraudulent identifications from various states.Demonstrates knowledge regarding the sale and service of alcohol.Identifies individuals whose identification supports that they are 21 years of age or older.Sees and speaks clearly, listens attentively.Solves problems actively and maintains a sense of urgency.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Job Summary
Working as an Operations Controller you will be responsible for the accounting activity within an assigned account(s) and assisting the Regional Director of Finance with all aspects of the financial activities that occur within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees all cash management proceduresPerforms reconciliation and analysis for several balance sheet accountsAnalyzes financial results for both internal and external useTracks and maintains monthly P/L and balance sheet activityDevelops forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunitiesReviews general ledger and balance sheetsResolves various accounting/reconciliation issuesCompletes financial reports: monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including but not limited to monthly and fiscal close, internal and external audit reporting; manages report preparation and distributionMaintains inventory and cost control proceduresPerforms administration of Payroll and Human ResourcesPerforms related duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experienceA minimum of five years’ experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling responsibilitiesAccounting experience in foodservice or retail industry required, foodservice operations experience a plusAbility to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analysesAdept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial informationExperience with POS, cash and credit card reportsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled at managing multiple priorities and relationshipsComputer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office with a concentration in ExcelStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentConformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
