Compensation: $68,640 - $79,040 Annually

Candidate Requirements:
1. Safety driven
2. Good leadership and problem-solving skills
3. Must have all necessary hand tools (complete pouch, clamps, cordless, etc.)
4. Strong focus on quality, customer service and attention to detail
5. 3-5+ years of commercial construction experience
6. Experience in acoustical ceilings, doors/hardware, light/heavy gauge framing, drywall and finishing
7. Must be able to layout work while interpreting drawings and specifications
8. Must be comfortable with heights, including stilts, scaffolding, and lifts
9. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
10. Ability to self-perform various activities
11. Dependable, responsible, and punctual, with strong work ethic
12. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation
13. Must be able to pass a drug test
