    WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

    The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing technical maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting malfunctions, following diagrams, sketches, equipment manuals, and manufacturing instructions, and installations with two beverage plants, a salad dressing plant, a concentrate plant, IQF plant, and a fiber plant. Maintenance Technician is responsible for following all food safety, quality practices, and all work safety guidelines.

    JOB DUTIES:

    Locate source of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instrumentsHelp verify spare parts inventories for plant equipmentTroubleshoot major and minor malfunctions in plant equipmentPrepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsCommunicate with production management all equipment readinessMaintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulationsHelp develop preventive and predictive plans to increase overall equipment effectivenessEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during the course of assigned responsibilitiesExercise good judgment by performing work safely and in conformance with regulatory agencies as well as company standardsPerform manual labor in the execution of repairs and preventive maintenanceOther duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

    This role contributes to Evolution Fresh success by ensuring that plant equipment is repaired and maintained in a timely manner. Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principles.

    Assists maintenance team and supports all aspects of the maintenance department as needed, including general building and grounds maintenance Assists with the installation of all new equipment Completes plant work orders, part lists, and preventive maintenance Ensures all plant equipment is functioning at optimum levels by performing short-term repairs and long-term improvementsCompletes tasks thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirementsUnderstands and follows established safety guidelines, programs, and procedures; and actively works to prevent safety incidentsSupports food safety, legality, and quality programsMaintains product quality through adherence to good manufacturing practices, Food Safety Preventative Controls, product specifications and quality procedures Performs other duties as needed in support of business objectives and Evolution Fresh Mission & ValuesMaintains regular and consistent attendance and punctualityOther duties as assigned.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

    The Lift Truck Operator (LTO) I operates powered stand-up or sit-down forklifts and rider single or double pallet jack equipment. Utilizing the lifts obtain, transport and deposit products/ materials within the warehouse, including multi-level racking locations. Build pallets physically and systematically to fulfill customer orders with special attention to customer-specific handling requirements. Load and unload reefer and dry trailers. All physical movement of products/ materials, including building of pallets must be done utilizing the WMS or ERP systems so that inventory is maintained, and transactions are recorded. Products are perishable, must follow proper date rotation and maintain awareness of product condition and inventory status.

    Conduct pre-inspection of equipment prior to use to ensure it is safe to operate; do not operate unsafe equipment.Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Contribute positively to the team by ensuring all aspects of the job are handled appropriately and professionally. Help others when needed and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.Use radio frequency (RF) scan gun equipment to facilitate completion of directed and undirected work through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Responsible for physically rotating materials to ensure use is based on first in/expiration, first out (FIFO/FEFO) Receive, put away, move, consolidate, and obtain inventory using powered equipment and WMS. Pick/assemble pallets for customer shipments ensuring product is stacked appropriately, and that any customer handling requests are followed.Load and unload reefer and dry trailers. Perform location cycle counts and auditsComplete and maintain quality, inventory, and other job-related documentation Adhere to and support company regulations and policiesAssist with cleaning up and disposal of trash and recycling into dumpsters and roll-offs.     WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    High School Diploma, GED, or graduation from an accredited trade school, and a minimum of 1 year of full-time forklift operating experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience using a warehouse management or inventory system, which includes RF scan guns.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

    The Process Technician at Generous Brands will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of thermal pasteurization and aseptic processing systems within a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment. This role ensures the reliable performance of pasteurizers, VTIS units, aseptic tanks, and associated equipment to support safe, high-quality beverage production. The ideal candidate brings advanced mechanical expertise, strong knowledge of thermal and aseptic processing, and hands-on experience with automated control systems.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot thermal pasteurization systems including plate/tubular pasteurizers, Tetra Pak VTIS units, steam-based systems, and heat exchangers.Support and maintain aseptic processing technologies, including sterilization cycles, aseptic hold procedures, and sterile boundary management.Perform skilled diagnostic work on pumps, valves, finishers, batching systems, homogenizers, evaporators, and thermal control equipment.Maintain and troubleshoot Alsafe aseptic tanks, including pressure regulation, CIP/SIP sequences, agitation, and sterile air/steam barrier components.Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize uptime and extend equipment life.Partner with Automation/Controls teams to resolve issues with PLC-controlled loops, temperature regulation systems, product hold tubes, and process instrumentation (RTDs, flow meters, pressure transmitters).Monitor and verify compliance with thermal and aseptic processing parameters, CCPs, and regulatory requirements.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, quality, energy efficiency, and process accuracy.Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and recommended system improvements.Uphold strict standards for personnel safety, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance (FDA, PMO, HACCP, aseptic guidelines).Demonstrate schedule flexibility, including willingness to work variable hours, weekends, and off-shifts as plant needs dictate.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Technical degree, mechanical trade certification, or equivalent industrial maintenance training preferred.5+ years of experience in pasteurization, aseptic processing, or advanced

    ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Strong understanding of thermal processing principles, HTST systems, aseptic controls, sterilization methods, and product safety requirements.Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak VTIS systems, homogenizers, and aseptic/Alsafe tanks strongly preferred.Familiarity with industrial controls including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Rockwell PLC/HMI platforms.Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and OEM documentation.Strong mechanical skills with pumps, valves, pneumatics, hydraulics, and fluid-handling systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Production, QA, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly automated environment
