Wittichen Supply Company is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage relationships with HVAC contractors in the Columbus, GA market.
This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding market share within an established territory.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an assigned territory of HVAC contractors and accountsBuild strong, long-term relationships with customers and decision-makersIdentify new business opportunities and develop new accountsPromote HVAC equipment, parts, and solutions to contractorsWork closely with internal teams to support customer needsStay up to date on products, pricing, and market trendsMeet or exceed sales goals and territory growth targetsProvide on-site support and maintain regular customer visits
What We’re Looking For
Experience in outside sales, territory sales, or B2B salesHVAC, construction, or industrial sales experience strongly preferredStrong relationship-building and communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to manage a territory independentlyProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships with HVAC contractorsExperience working with distributors or manufacturersTechnical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
