    Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both)Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsPerform tool changes, offsets, and basic programming editsInspect finished parts to ensure they meet tight tolerancesTroubleshoot issues and make adjustments as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety and quality standardsRequirementsPrevious CNC machining experience (setup required)Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Strong attention to detail and qualityMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsPreferred QualificationsExperience with G-code programmingKnowledge of Fanuc, Haas, or similar controlsBackground in precision machining or manufacturingWhy Apply?
