Wisdom Playgrounds and Worldklass Play are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry & Accounting Specialist to support daily operations, customer order processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong accuracy and customer service.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders and order entry
Prepare invoices and manage billing
Support accounts receivable and collections follow-up
Process accounts payable and vendor invoices
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with administrative and operational support tasks
Support project coordination and scheduling as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, accounting, order processing, or office support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or accounting software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience preferred
