    implement → handoff.

    · Generate pipeline via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, networking, and partner channels.

    · Leverage support from offshore BDRs and Marketing to create meetings and accelerate the pipeline.

    · Run sharp discovery to map business goals, quantify pain, and craft ROI-driven proposals.

    · Analyze telecom bills to uncover savings and recommend optimized carrier/mobility solutions.

    · Build compelling proposals & quotes using ConnectWise CPQ; present to owners/execs.

    · Forecast and document activity in our CRM (HubSpot/ConnectWise).

    · Partner internally with Operations and Account Management for smooth onboarding and day-1 value.

    · Represent the brand at virtual events and webinars

    · Travel: Occasional travel for events

    What you must bring

    · 5+ years in B2B sales within mobility, telecom, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Telecom Expense

Manager (TEM) or adjacent tech services.

    · Proven outbound chops (cold calling, social selling) with decision-makers/owners.

    · Consistent quota attainment in a disciplined, KPI-driven environment.

    · Executive presence and clear communication; strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.

    · CRM proficiency (HubSpot and/or ConnectWise) and comfort with CPQ tools.

    · Ownership mindset: organized, self-directed, and effective in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

    · Tools: Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Bonus: Experience selling into route-based fleets, field operations, or home services.

    Compensation & benefits

    · $150,000 On-Target Earnings = Base + Commission.

    · Uncapped commission with top performers exceeding on target earnings.

    · Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, company holidays, home internet stipend.

    · Career path to Senior AE / Team Lead as we scale

    · Remote: work from home

    · Enablement & tools: ConnectWise, HubSpot, CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Warranty and Repair Device Coordinator

    - Los Angeles

    Job DescriptionJob Description

    About Wireless Support

Wireless Support keeps business mobile. We manage wireless service and device fleets for companies in logistics, transportation, and field services, so their drivers and crews stay connected and productive. We are carrier-agnostic, fast-moving, and serious about ownership at every level. When a device goes down in the field, real people’s workdays stop. That urgency lives in everything we do.

    About the Role

A field technician’s replacement phone should not take two weeks. A warrantied or repaired device sitting on a bench waiting to ship is money and time nobody has. That is the problem you solve.

As Warranty and Repair Device Coordinator, you own the hands-on and system-side work of getting devices where they need to be, fast. Every warranty replacement and completed repair gets QA/QC’d, enrolled, and shipped by you. You keep tickets moving, flag problems before they become delays, and make sure nothing sits when it should be shipping.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will work within our repair team, coordinate with our offshore support team, and partner with receiving and product management. The work is hands-on, the pace is real, and the impact is immediate.

    Why You’ll Like Working Here

•Your work is visible. In a company our size, when you solve something, people notice.

    • Stable hours, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5.

    • Modern tools. ConnectWise, Phonecheck software, and real systems, not just a spreadsheet and a prayer.

    • A path forward. We are actively building new processes and want someone who grows into more as we

    do.

    • A real onboarding. You will be trained on our systems and set up to succeed from day one.

    • 18 years in business and still building. We have the stability of an established company and the energy of

one that has not stopped moving.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Warranty Device Lifecycle and Fulfillment

    • Receive inbound warranty replacement devices and phonecheck every unit before it goes anywhere.

    • Enroll replacement devices in the client’s MDM platform and stage them for same-day ship-out.

    • Pack and ship warranty replacements the day inventory is confirmed.

    • Work with the offshore warranty team to keep tickets moving, surfacing holds and exceptions before they

    cause delays.

    • Closely monitor the warranty ticket board, identify tickets stuck in status, and take action or escalate

before delays reach the client. This includes catching silent automation failures that would otherwise go

    unnoticed.

    • Communicate directly with clients when automated outreach has gone unanswered, delivering clear next

steps on warranty outcomes and replacement options in a professional, timely manner.

    Repair QA/QC and Ship-Out

    • Pull completed repairs from the bench daily and quality-check every device before it leaves the building.

    • Pack and ship all cleared repairs the same day. Every day.

    • Log ship-out activity in ConnectWise and make sure tracking is tied to the ticket before you move on.

    • Verify every device ships to the correct client at the correct address.

    Device and Inventory Management

    • Own the physical and virtual inventory for warranty replacement stock, bins, quantities, and system

    records.

    • Spot low stock on high-demand models before it becomes a fulfillment problem, and flag it to

    procurement and operations.

    • Run regular audits to keep what is in the system honest against what is on the shelf.

    Fulfillment Support

    • Learn our broader fulfillment operation and step in during peak seasons. Volume flexes, and so do you.

    What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for a perfect resume. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention, and gets things done. You will fit here if you are:

    • Detail-oriented to a fault. Things that slip through the cracks in this role create real problems

    downstream.

    • Self-directed. You manage your own priorities and do not need someone standing over your shoulder.

    • Fast on your feet. Volume spikes, priorities shift, and you adjust without losing your place.

    • A team player who treats every department’s deadline like it is your own.

    • Comfortable in systems. Accurate data entry in ConnectWise or similar platforms is a daily requirement.

    • A problem-solver who reaches for the right tool, whether that is a manual, a colleague, or an AI, and

    figures it out.

    • Interested in building, not just executing. We are improving processes constantly and want someone who

has opinions about how to do things better.

    • Experience with mobile devices, MDM enrollment, or device QA is a real advantage.

    • A background in warehouse, fulfillment, or repair operations is preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and to stand, walk, bend, and handle product repetitively for extended

    periods.

    • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential

    functions of this role.

    Compensation and Schedule

    • Pay: $23.00/hour starting, $24.50 potential at 120 days

    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    • Location: On-site, full-time in Chatsworth, CA

    • Start: Immediate

    Benefits

    • Health insurance

    • Vision and dental

    • 401(k) & company match

    • Paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid holidays

Wireless Support is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

    About Wireless Support

Wireless Support is a managed mobility services company. We manage wireless service and mobile device fleets for businesses across logistics, transportation, and field services so our clients can focus on running their operations. • Track product through its full lifecycle: receiving, stock, fulfillment, or repair/warranty.

    • Conduct regular audits to confirm product stays organized and tracked, with physical and virtual matching, throughout its lifecycle.

    Inventory Coordination

    • Partner with management and procurement to maintain inventory minimums and keep pricing, valuation, and on-hand quantities accurate in ConnectWise.

    • Participate in monthly inventory activities and support post-inventory adjustments and problem-solving.

    Fulfillment Support

    • Learn fulfillment processes and step in during peak seasons. This role requires flexibility to shift between receiving, product management, and fulfillment as business needs demand.

    What We're Looking For

We care more about reliability, attention to detail, and the right attitude than a perfect resume. You will thrive here if you are:

    • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership in your work and your space.

    • Able to work independently and manage conflicting priorities

    • Fast thinker who can pivot quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

    • Collaborative team member who understands that every department’s needs are priority and is able to navigate accordingly

    • Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry into inventory and business systems such as ConnectWise.

    • Resourceful problem-solver who uses available tools, AI, and the internet to think beyond the obvious.

    • Growth-minded and understands that processes evolve, with a desire to help build what comes next.

    • Experience with product receiving, inventory, and product management preferred

    • Experience with mobile devices and mobile device management is a plus.[CK1]

    Physical Requirements
