  Position: Molding Team Lead Shift: 2nd Shift Duration: Permanent Location: On site in Litchfield, MI - Hours typically are 2 PM to 11 PM Salary: $55,000-60,000 Description Monitors work of associates to ensure production requirements are met. Ensures safety and quality standards are maintained. Performs adjustments to production line. Completes required documentation. Trains associates in machine processes and problem solving. Essential Functions: Monitors work of associates to ensure production requirements are met. --- Ensures quality standards are met & approval of finished product. --- Monitors cleanliness and safety of the worksite. --- Performs product problem solving and corrective actions. --- Works to ensure QMS goals are attained. --- Performs production line adjustments when necessary. --- Completes required forms and paperwork. --- Trains associates in machine processes and problem solving. --- Load, unload trucks and move materials throughout the plant. --- Verify quantities, lot numbers, labels and correctness of parts. --- Notify materials control of any discrepancies in materials received or shipped. --- Arrange and condense stock to maximize usage, maintaining lot and FIFO control. --- Check locations and count for accuracy. --- Use material in proper sequence. --- Oversee Vendor Sort and Customer complaint issues. --- May perform other miscellaneous jobs in shipping and receiving. --- May maintain location of material in racks in PC. --- Will take intermediate level of responsibility to Safety for Employees, Building, Plant and Grounds Secondary Functions: --- Serves as a member of various committees as needed. --- Repairs minor machine problems. --- Temporary job fill in for absentees on production lines. --- Follows all safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition. --- Performs other duties as necessa Qualifications: SPECIALIZED TRAINING, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE: Use powered industrial truck, hand pallet jack, wrapping machine, scale, computer and printer. Associates degree or previous supervisory experience preferred. 2 - 4 years experience in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Knowledge of blueprints, SPC, QS, Q1, ISO and TS. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS: --- Office environment with noise from computer peripherals such as printers and disk drives. --- Also works in factory environment with noise from manufacturing environment. Exposure to moving equipment, parts and electrical shock. Possible serious injury due to carelessness around equipment. --- Sometimes lifts, carries or moves objects - weighing up to 25 pounds. This role ensures applications, vendors, and data platforms work together effectively to support daily business operations. Troubleshoot data flow issues between systems and applications. Performance Metrics Faster integration of new vendors and platforms with fewer production issues. Clear and documented understanding of system interactions and data locations. Reduction in fragile, undocumented integrations and PowerOns. Improved operational stability and reduced integration-related incidents. Increased technical expertise and confidence within the Applications team. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Experience 3–5+ years of experience in: Application Support Systems Integration Related IT roles Required Knowledge & Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
