Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to manage essential departmental operations. Core Responsibilities
Data Management: Perform high-accuracy data entry for diverse client cases, including Medical Claims and DRG reviews. Maintain and organize physical and digital departmental files.Correspondence & Reporting: Generate professional hospital and client correspondence. Type and finalize physician review determination letters within strict regulatory timeframes.Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for clients and hospitals, providing timely status updates and handling inquiries with a professional demeanor.Logistics & Support: Manage incoming/outgoing claims, scanning, and inter-departmental communications. Assist with special projects and the preparation of routine memos.System Updates: Maintain real-time accuracy of computer records by logging review results and detailed case comments across various platforms.Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Strong typing skills and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable learning and switching between different software interfaces.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with healthcare providers and corporate clients.Time Management: Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines independently.Collaborative Mindset: A reliable team player who can also work autonomously with minimal supervision.Reliability: Consistent ability to adhere to the assigned work schedule.Education & Experience
