Position Summary
Winholt Equipment is seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Assurance Manager to lead and standardize quality systems across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for driving product quality, process consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing, including stainless steel fabrication, welding, assembly, and supplier quality management. This individual will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen manufacturing quality standards, improve operational performance, and support customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain company-wide quality systems, procedures, and manufacturing standards across multiple facilities.Establish quality KPIs, audit processes, inspection standards, and reporting systems.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal standards, and applicable manufacturing requirements.Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.Support plant-level quality teams and drive consistency in inspection, documentation, welding quality, and reporting practices.Monitor quality metrics including scrap, rework, defects, customer complaints, warranty issues, and process variation.Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.Lead internal audits, supplier quality initiatives, and customer audit support activities.Collaborate with Supply Chain to improve incoming material quality and supplier performance.Develop, mentor, and support quality personnel across multiple facilities.Provide executive leadership with quality performance insights, operational trend analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.7+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems, process controls, audits, and continuous improvement.Experience within metal fabrication, stainless steel, aluminum, or industrial manufacturing environments.Knowledge of welding quality, fabrication processes, and production operations.Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and quality reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-site or corporate quality management experience.Familiarity with ISO-based quality systems and structured quality management programs.Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.Experience supporting supplier quality and customer corrective action processes.

Winholt Equipment is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize domestic logistics operations across our manufacturing and distribution network. This role focuses on daily freight execution, performance management, cost control, and the development of best practices that ensure efficient, reliable, and customer-focused logistics operations.
The Logistics Manager plays a critical role in minimizing total, landed cost, improving service performance, and supporting Winholt’s continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily outbound freight to ensure on-time shipments while optimizing carrier utilization and transportation cost.Instill Winholt’s long-standing culture of positive associate engagement through team building, personal development, and empowerment.Develop, implement, and monitor logistics KPIs to evaluate carrier and 3PL performance, including on-time pickup and delivery, accessorial charges, and freight claims.Analyze freight invoices and transportation costs against quoted and contracted rates to identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.Manage logistics budgets and expenditures, including evaluating and recommending capital equipment investments.Collaborate with site managers and executive leadership to assess storage needs and implement space-optimization strategies.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site-level logistics teams, ensuring operational consistency and maximum efficiency.Review, standardize, and enforce logistics SOPs; provide training and ensure compliance through established performance metrics.Oversee the company’s RMA process, including cost analysis, disposition, and closure.Partner closely with Customer Care to resolve logistics-related issues such as pricing discrepancies, lead times, damages, and non-conformance.Support continuous improvement initiatives by leading performance reviews, driving corrective actions, and communicating results to stakeholders.Work cross-functionally with Procurement, suppliers, and internal customers to strengthen inbound and outbound logistics performance.Serve as a backup to the Shipping Manager, assuming full responsibility for Shipping Manager duties in his/her absence.
Qualifications & Experience
Five (5) Experience in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience managing domestic logistics operations, including daily freight scheduling, dispatching, cost control, and performance analysis.Experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment.Strong working knowledge of logistics, inventory management systems, and ERP platforms.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to present to leadership.

Position Summary:
The Receiving Department Lead is a hands-on working lead responsible for executing and coordinating daily inbound material activities.
This role actively performs receiving, verification, put-away, and inventory transactions while guiding a small team to ensure accuracy, organization, and efficient material flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily team activities, assign a daily work schedule, and train staff.Receive and verify inbound materials against purchase orders and packing slipsPerform ERP transactions for receipts, transfers, and adjustmentsExecute material put-away and optimize storage locationsConduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepanciesManage off-site storage and material movementsWork cross-functionally with Shipping to align labor and dock utilizationOperate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and pallet jack.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workplace.Perform other duties as required.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.3–5 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, or material handlingERP system experience (Epicor preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsForklift experience.Valid driver’s license.Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Physical and Work EnvironmentAbility to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods of time.Ability to work in an environment with temperature variations.KPIs

Position Summary
Responsible for the daily communication of job assignments, including metal forming, welding, assembly, and finishing. This role will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day shop floor operations and reporting to the Production Department Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Communication of daily/weekly production scheduling between the management and the shop floor including sawing/cutting/shearing, bending and forming, welding and assembly operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environmentEnsures associates follow safe working practices including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams and assembly drawings and communicate those effectively to associates.Provides operational training as required.Ability to manage shop floor changes in planning and scheduling in order to meet changing customer requirements.Verifies raw materials and subcomponents against work orders to ensure availability for order fulfilment.Evaluates product quality to ensure products meet or exceed internal and external requirements.*Is a “driver” and maximizes the use of available resources.Performs other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications and Experience
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.2 -5 years’ experience in a lead or supervisory position in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication and assembly.In-depth knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum and steel welding, fabrication and finishingUnderstanding of work orders and inventory management.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of computers and programs (Microsoft Office).Perform ERP transactions (Experience with Epicor preferred)Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculationsAble to participate in a team-oriented environment, willingness to assist and train othersDemonstrates safe behavior and support department/plant safety goals in a continuous improvement process.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
