Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part time weekend Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, and maintaining smooth hotel operations through effective communication and organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hospitality management experience and a passion for guest relations to contribute to a welcoming and efficient environment.
This position is primarily weekends Saturday and Sunday from 11pm-7am
Responsibilities
Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustmentsPrepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completenessHandle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesyRespond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing exceptional customer serviceManage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteouslyAddress guest concerns or issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfactionMaintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during overnight shiftsAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as neededCollaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout the hotelSkills
Strong background in hospitality management or hotel operationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorExperience with night audit proceduresExperience with hotel pms system (SynXis) a plusKnowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hotel policiesEffective phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systemsAbility to handle guest relations with tact, patience, and professionalismStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy during financial reconciliationAbility to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining alertness and professionalismThis position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in a dynamic environment.
