What Youll Do
Keep software implementation projects organized and moving forwardTrack milestones, risks, and dependenciesWork directly with clients to understand needs and communicate statusTranslate requirements into clear next steps for technical teamsPartner with engineers on system behavior, data, and workflowsGradually take ownership of full project delivery

2 to 5 years in roles like Systems Analyst, Technical BA, or Implementation AnalystExperience working on software implementations, SaaS preferredComfortable with requirements, data, and how systems connectClient facing experienceInterest in growing into Project Management
