Position Summary
Window Perfections is seeking a dependable, hardworking Window & Door Installation Helper to assist our lead installers with residential and commercial window and door replacement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a career in the construction and home improvement industry.
Responsibilities
Assist lead installers with window and door removal and installation.Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.Prepare work areas and protect customer property before installation.Measure, clean, and organize materials and workspaces.Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.Help with caulking, sealing, trimming, and finishing work.Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.Provide professional and courteous customer service while on-site.Perform other duties as assigned by the installation team leader.
Qualifications
Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience preferred but not required.Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions.Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.Must be punctual and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of window and door installation experience.Ability to read measurements accurately and use power and hand tools proficiently.Experience installing vinyl, wood, fiberglass, and entry door systems preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
