The Role:
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join the Windcave Sales team in New York. The role is focused on developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients. The emphasis for this role is on Sales, Regional Sales Development, Project Management, and Customer Service.
The role is based in New York City. Kindly consider the commute before applying.
We currently have a hybrid work policy offering 2 work-from-home days and 3 days in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
Cold calling to inquire potential leadsProvide responsive assistance on commercial queriesInform and educate customers about products and featuresUpsell/cross-sell new services to existing customersSupport and collaborate with cross-functional teamsRegularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvementAbout You:

The Role:
We are looking for Permanent Full-Time Provisioning Specialists for our new regional office in Phoenix, Arizona. The emphasis for this role is on Customer Support, Technology Logistics, and Detail Orientation.
Business operation hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and this will be an onsite role in Central Phoenix. The compensation for this W2 full-time employment will be $20-21 per hour.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Action account requests from the Sales team for Windcave terminal products ranging from Unattended, to Retail EFTPOS for potential and existing customers for their integration with Windcave, whilst maintaining a high standard of work ethic and professionalism to exceed customer and internal Windcave expectations.BIOS Load stock as required and ensure there is sufficient BAU hardware and projected sales within internal SLAFault Analysis of terminals as per documentation within internal SLAProvide further assistance as required by the Team Leader to ensure a smooth operation of the Activations Team.General: Keep Jira, CRM and other Windcave systems up to date with accurate data. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when setting up accounts. Ensure all client interaction (including responses to enquires) is highly professional and responsive. Contribute to the positive and smooth operation of the activations team. Other duties as set by management.To be successful in this role you will need to have:
