Sr. GL Accountant will be responsible for creating accurate and compliant financial documents. He needs to be able to perform complex accounting functions. Job Description:
· Prepare accurate financial information with the help of input from the finance team on time.
· Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting, and entering transactions.

· Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly or quarterly basis.
· Reconcile bank statements daily
· Reconcile credit card statement biweekly

TOOLING MANAGER
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Assemble, install and change-out punch press tooling required for fabricating structural steel piers. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain tooling, punch presses and ancillary gear, including band saws, hydraulic units and compressors used in a high production fabrication facility. Construct, assemble, repair and install jigs, fixtures, components, punches and dies used in steel fabrication. Ensure production facilities are adequately stocked with the required tooling and ancillary equipment to sustain operations and meet production goals. Re-order and maintain tooling and spares inventory for all sites.
TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
1. Read and interpret blueprints.
2. Recommend design updates for improved tooling efficiency.
3. Plan the setup and operation of all types of machine shop tools, considering types of material, tolerances, types of cutting tools, coolants, lubricants, and machine tool feeds and speeds.
4. Perform MIG and Arc Welding as required.
5. Determine specifications for inspection of work using applicable measuring tools, performing required inspections before, during and after machining/repair.
6. Perform operations involved in producing fixtures, tools, jigs, and dies using hand and power tools as required.
7. Schedule and perform Preventative Maintenance per equipment manufacturer’s specifications/recommendations.
8. Place orders for equipment, spares and critical consumables required to maintain operational efficiency, in accordance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures.

Bachelor degree is required.
At least 2-3 years of work experience in project management, business coordinator or customer service.
knowledge of Project Management scheduling processes and tools (Work Breakdown Structure, Gantt, PERT, & Network Charts) is preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
