    WinChoice USA is seeking an ambitious Canvass Manager to lead, recruit, train, and develop our neighborhood canvassing team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on generating qualified appointments for our residential window and door sales team while building a high-performance culture.

    We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, coach team members to success, and help grow a department that supports the company's continued expansion.

    ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, and retain canvassing team membersManage daily field operations, schedules, territories, and team performanceConduct field coaching on communication, appointment setting, and homeowner engagementTrack lead generation, appointment quality, and key performance metricsHold team members accountable to production and quality standardsPartner with sales and marketing leadership to improve results and territory strategyMaintain a positive, energetic, and professional team cultureRequirements:

    Required:

    2+ years of canvassing, field marketing, appointment setting, outside sales, or related experience1+ year of leadership, supervisory, recruiting, or training experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationProven ability to meet or exceed performance goals

    Preferred:

    Experience managing canvassing teamsHome improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, security, or related industry experienceCRM or lead-tracking experienceBilingual English/Spanish

    Compensation and Growth


    Base salary ranges from $50,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

    In addition to base pay, this role includes a substantial performance-based bonus plan tied to team production, lead generation, appointment quality, and overall department performance. Top performers who successfully build and lead productive teams have the opportunity to earn bonus compensation that can significantly exceed their base salary.
