    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our working on job sites throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. 
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Act as Liaison or Main Contact / Coordinator with Client (City/Owner) and Contractor during construction projects
    • Reviews project plans, requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project 
    • Facilitate Progress/Owner Meetings
    • Prepare Meeting Minutes and distribute to Project Team 
    • Interpret and provide recommendations for the Prime Contract between Contractor and City/Owner
    • Oversee Construction Contract Budget, Review Schedule of Values and Payment Applications submitted by Contractor 
    • Review Cost Proposals from the Contractor / Provide recommendations to City/Owner
    • Review Contractor’s Schedules / Provide Comments to Contractor and City/Owner 


    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred
    • Applicable work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Construction Industry, preferably as a Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Civil Construction Inspector, or similar
    • Knowledge of construction means & methods and quality control measures, along with knowledge and experience in water/waste-water construction is a plus Proactive and self-motivated individual, able to meet challenging time constraints
    • Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software  
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and P6 Scheduling software a plus

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office (This job is not remote).
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Work independently on large projects and/or assist other civil engineers as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Work on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and cost estimates for various water and wastewater infrastructure projects, permitting and alternative analysis.
    • Prepare, coordinate, and monitor projects from initial conception to final completion.
    • Monitor compliance of project to ensure industry codes and practices are adhered to and performance standards met.
    • Work in a team environment with the work involving studies, detailed design and engineering services during construction.
    • Give technical direction to a team to complete design tasks and elements.

    Requirements
    • Civil Engineering Degree with Professional Engineer (PE) license required
    • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Water/Wastewater related design and experience with construction-related engineering services with at least (5) years of project management experience.
    • Relevant experience shall include design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster and pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans. 
    • Experience with construction-related engineering services with the ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs, issuing Engineers Directives etc.
    • Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software capabilities.
