The Position
Wilson Elser seeks a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead cross-functional delivery for two Agile teams who are currently developing in-house practice of law software systems and unified data platforms. This role will drive Agile adoption within the firm, manage complex integrations, and apply formal project-management practices where appropriate to support successful product delivery. The ideal candidate blends strong Scrum coaching with practical PM discipline and experience supporting legal or professional services systems. Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach multiple agile delivery teams and facilitate scrum ceremonies to drive predictable delivery. Partner with Product Owners, IT, Legal Operations, and project sponsors to prioritize work, define scope, and maintain a well-refined backlog. Apply traditional project management practices (scope/schedule/cost/risk/change management) when projects require hybrid methodology. Manage cross-team dependencies, systems integrations, and database / data lake implementations. A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
