    Wilson Elser is seeking an Attorney Sourcing Specialist to join our national Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and developing pipelines of attorney talent across the firm's practice areas and geographic markets.

    This is a remote or hybrid position that may be based in any state where Wilson Elser has an office.

    The Position

    The Attorney Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the firm's attorney recruiting efforts by proactively identifying and engaging qualified lateral attorney candidates. This position will focus heavily on sourcing, market research, direct outreach, and pipeline development for associate, senior associate, Of Counsel, and partner-level attorney openings.

    The ideal candidate will be an experienced legal recruiter with strong sourcing skills, knowledge of the lateral attorney market, and the ability to effectively communicate with attorneys about career opportunities. This person should be highly proactive, organized, persuasive, and comfortable developing creative sourcing strategies in a competitive recruiting environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Proactively source lateral attorney candidates for openings across the firm's offices, practice groups, and client teams.Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, legal directories, Leopard Solutions/SurePoint, law firm websites, bar association resources, industry publications, referrals, networking, and other research tools.Conduct market mapping to identify attorneys with relevant practice area experience, geographic alignment, client experience, and potential long-term fit.Build and maintain pipelines of qualified attorney candidates for current and future hiring needs.Draft and send tailored outreach messages to prospective candidates and manage follow-up communications.Conduct initial candidate outreach and introductory conversations to assess interest, experience, compensation expectations, practice alignment, and potential fit.Partner closely with attorney recruiters, Talent Acquisition leadership, hiring partners, and practice group leaders to understand hiring priorities and candidate profiles.Provide market intelligence regarding candidate availability, compensation expectations, competitor hiring activity, and sourcing challenges.Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, sourcing activity, and pipeline updates in the applicant tracking systemTrack sourcing metrics, outreach effectiveness, response rates, and pipeline conversion.Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on process improvements, recruiting initiatives, and special projects.

    Qualifications

    At least five years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience required.Prior attorney recruiting experience required.Experience sourcing lateral attorneys in a law firm, legal recruiting agency, or legal talent acquisition environment strongly preferred.Strong understanding of law firm practice areas, attorney titles, lateral hiring processes, and legal market dynamics.Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing and tailored outreach.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, legal research tools, law firm websites, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively with attorneys at all levels.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches, pipelines, and priorities simultaneously.High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment when handling confidential candidate and firm information.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and develop creative approaches to difficult searches.Greenhouse experience is a plus.

    The Position

    We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and litigation support to a team of attorneys within a fast-paced law firm environment. This role plays a key part in managing case matters, coordinating filings and calendars, and ensuring seamless communication to support the delivery of high-quality legal services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Position

    A Law Firm Rate Coordinator (RC) supports the Director of Pricing and Rate Supervisor with rate inquiries, maintaining rate structures, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of client rates within the firm's financial systems (SurePoint, Aderant).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Rate Inquiries: Monitor, prioritize and respond to all rate inquiries in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as appropriate.Rate Management: Set up, maintain, and update standard rate arrangements, discounts and fixed-fee arrangements in the billing system.Compliance & Analysis: Review Client engagement letters, Letters of Understanding, Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), and any other client correspondence to interpret rate requirements, summarize key terms, and implement compliant rate structures in the most efficient and beneficial way available.E-billing Coordination: Partner with the firm's Revenue Team (RT) to provide documentation supporting implemented rates and assist in resolving e-billing rate rejections and discrepancies.Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate timekeeper and rate data, perform regular audits, and generate reports to rate compliance, exceptions and approvals.Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise with attorneys, Revenue Team members, and the pricing team to resolve rate-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    The Position

    Wilson Elser's New York City office seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support our thriving litigation practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced legal environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and format legal filings, including proofreading, redacting and organizing exhibits.Manage electronic filings with state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.Open and maintain new client matters, including document organization, indexing, and electronic file management.Conduct research and retrieve court decisions from Westlaw.Prepare correspondence, including cover letters for billing statements.Accurately input billing information into the firm's billing software.Schedule and coordinate conferences, depositions, and maintain attorney calendars.Process and track third party vendor invoices and collaborate closely with the accounting department.

    Qualifications:
