The Sales Enablement & Learning Director has overall responsibility for sales strategy, program development, execution, and development of an enhanced learning curriculum for the Consumer Banking division. This includes implementing a variety of learning programs focused on associate development, advancement, and meeting business objectives. The incumbent will be tasked with managing the Learning and Development and Sales Enablement departments, as well as the associated operating budgets. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree is desirable. Must have experience being employed by a $20B+ financial institution and has served in the role of BSA Officer or Deputy BSA Officer for the last 5+ years.
