Notre directeur gnral, Modernisation des oprations commerciales, peut tre bas dans l'un de nos principaux bureaux en Amrique du Nord ou travailler distance, avec des dplacements frquents vers nos bureaux et nos clients. En tant que directeur gnral de la modernisation des oprations commerciales chez TELUS Digital Solutions, vous guiderez cette pratique essentielle vers la croissance et la maturation en dirigeant et en faisant voluer environ 3 000 praticiens en Amrique du Nord, dans la rgion Asie-Pacifique et dans la rgion Amrique latine. La pratique de MOC favorise la transformation oprationnelle pour nos clients en offrant des services d'ingnierie et de soutien des systmes, de PMO, de conception des processus d'affaires, d'intgration et de cyberscurit. Sous la responsabilit du vice-prsident mondial des services numriques, ce rle de leadership implique la gestion et l'volution de notre pratique de MOC, la conduite de la croissance commerciale, l'laboration et l'excution de stratgies de transformation qui rsonnent avec les besoins des clients, et la garantie d'une livraison russie des programmes de transformation numrique au niveau de l'entreprise. Nos services de MOC se concentrent sur la modernisation des applications, l'amlioration de l'intgration des systmes et la mise niveau des technologies hrites pour favoriser des oprations plus rapides et plus efficaces. Par exemple, dans le secteur des tlcommunications, nous avons modernis les plates-formes de service la clientle existantes : Dans le secteur des tlcommunications, nous avons mis niveau les plateformes de service la clientle existantes, ce qui a permis de rduire le temps de traitement des centres d'appels de 25 % et d'amliorer la satisfaction des clients de 20 %. Dans le secteur des services financiers aux entreprises, nous avons intgr un nouveau systme d'octroi de prts au CRM existant, ce qui a permis d'acclrer les cycles d'approbation de 40 % et d'amliorer l'efficacit oprationnelle de 15 %. Pour un fournisseur de tlcommunications, nous avons intgr les systmes de facturation existants un systme de gestion de la relation client en temps rel, ce qui a permis de rduire les erreurs de facturation de 25 % et le temps de gnration des factures de 90 %. Pour une socit de BFSI, nous avons modernis les applications de gestion des prts, en automatisant les processus manuels et en rduisant le temps d'approbation des prts de 7 3 jours, en rduisant les cots oprationnels de 20% et en amliorant les scores de satisfaction des clients. Avec la MOC, nous aidons nos clients passer aux technologies modernes, ce qui leur permet d'tre plus agiles et plus volutifs dans tous les aspects de leurs oprations commerciales. Leadership Stratgique : Concevoir et guider la stratgie de modernisation des oprations commerciales, en mettant l'accent sur l'expansion et l'amlioration de nos services de dveloppement d'applications, de processus d'affaires, de BGP et d'intgration, en s'alignant sur le march et les tendances mergentes de l'industrie. Dfinir et faire voluer nos offres et nos modles de prestation pour rester la pointe des demandes du march. Gestion et croissance des pratiques : Diriger la croissance et le dveloppement de la pratique des services de MOC, en cultivant un environnement o l'ingnierie l'chelle rencontre l'efficacit, ce qui favorise la russite de l'quipe et du client. Assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs plus larges des services numriques et les stratgies des domaines de pratique adjacents tels que les applications d'entreprise, AI/IQ, et l'ingnierie en nuage. Gestion des relations avec les clients : tablir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients cls, en agissant en tant que conseiller de confiance pour s'assurer que les efforts de transformation apportent une valeur maximale. Veiller ce que la prestation de services rponde constamment aux normes les plus leves en matire de qualit et de valeur. Dveloppement des affaires : Travailler en troite collaboration avec les quipes de vente et de gestion des comptes afin d'identifier et d'obtenir de nouvelles occasions d'affaires qui correspondent la vision et aux offres de services de TELUS Digital. Diriger les efforts visant introduire des solutions et des services nouveaux et novateurs qui apportent de la valeur aux clients et diffrencient les solutions numriques de TELUS sur le march. Supervision de la prestation de services : Assurer la bonne excution des projets de transformation, en supervisant le dveloppement d'applications, la conception de processus, la cyberscurit et les efforts d'intgration. Cultiver un environnement qui favorise l'innovation, la collaboration et le rendement lev, permettant aux quipes interfonctionnelles de fournir des solutions de bout en bout qui s'intgrent d'autres offres de services. Diversification du portefeuille de clients : quilibrer les besoins et les approches stratgiques au sein d'un portefeuille de clients vari tout en maintenant un niveau lev de service sur mesure. Direction d'quipe : Constituer et diriger une quipe de professionnels trs performants dans plusieurs zones gographiques, en favorisant une culture de l'excellence, de l'innovation et de la collaboration. Innovation et amlioration des processus : Amliorer en permanence l'offre de services en intgrant de nouvelles technologies, des outils d'automatisation et des mthodologies qui rpondent aux besoins des clients. Leadership clair : Reprsenter TELUS Digital en tant que leader d'opinion dans l'industrie en contribuant aux discussions sur la modernisation, l'automatisation et la transformation des processus.
