    Description The Associate Client Advocate is the backbone of our account management teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding client expectations. This role involves both client-facing responsibilities and internal collaboration to support account leaders throughout the insurance issuance and renewal lifecycle. Qualifications The Requirements * 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance or demonstrated ability to fulfill role responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of the insurance renewal process, particularly for large and complex accounts. * Ability to navigate client and carrier relationships effectively to secure renewal terms and maintain existing business. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, including adaptability and critical thinking. * Excellent project management abilities, including prioritization, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant online tools. * Must achieve and maintain an active Property & Casualty insurance broker's license (or ability to obtain and maintain). * Industry designations (CRIS, CIC, CRM) preferred but not required.
