Role Description:
This, on-site Family Physician position is based in Franklin, TN. The role involves providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Provide medical care to patients in the office, including diagnosis, prescribing appropriate medications, and referring to specialists as needed.Order or perform tests as needed and analyze results promptly to provide a diagnosis.Manage an appropriate patient caseload while delivering high-quality care.Complete all required documentation for each patient and maintain accurate records.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to provide up-to-date patient care.Assist with reviewing additional patient charts and provide medical guidance as needed.Qualifications:
