  Williams Learning Academy Milwaukee, WI Pay: Starts at $16.00 per hour Williams Learning Academy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our licensed childcare center in Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for a dependable, professional individual who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities Manage daily classroom operations and maintain a positive learning environment Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DCF 251 licensing regulations Supervise, support, and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with parents and guardians Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Qualifications Must meet Wisconsin DCF 251 Lead Teacher requirements Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage classroom routines and supervise staff effectively CPR and First Aid Certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hire Passion for early childhood education and child development Benefits Full-time position Competitive pay with opportunities for growth Supportive and professional work environment Meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives Schedule Full-time MondayFriday How to Apply If you are a qualified and enthusiastic childcare professional, we'd love to hear from you.
