Responsibilities: What Will I Do?As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be trusted to deliver high-quality service while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs
Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy)
Properly close out jobs immediately after completion
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career
Qualifications: Do I Have What It Takes?We're looking for professionals who take ownership of their work and care about their craft.
Required:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Basic HVAC tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred (but not required):
EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
NATE Certifications (Core + specialties) preferred, not required
Experience using ServiceTitan

Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver up to 50 pounds.Do you check the box for the above items?
