The Personal Lines Account Manager is a key client-facing role responsible for managing, servicing, and retaining a book of personal insurance business. Working within an independent insurance agency, this position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, providing coverage guidance, and ensuring clients receive insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable building long-term relationships with our policyholders.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles, and other personal insurance policies.
* Handle policy servicing needs such as endorsements, renewals, billing questions, coverage changes, and general inquiries.
* Review renewal policies for accuracy, appropriate coverage, and competitive pricing; Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions based on their unique risks and needs.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation within the agency management system.
* Support producers/agents with new business processing, quoting, proposals, and follow-up.
* Deliver high-quality service that aligns with the agency’s customer experience standards.
* Experience in personal lines insurance; Strong knowledge of personal lines products, carrier appetite, and rating systems.
* Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with agency management systems: The Account Manager works closely with agency leadership, producers, and carrier partners to provide our clients with responsive and reliable insurance sales and service. Paid Holiday's
