The Warehouse Helper will be responsible for assisting with overall warehouse operations, including receiving incoming material, processing products, maintaining inventory, setting up machine stations, and packing outgoing material. This role is located in San Antonio, TX and will be fully on-site.
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 1st shift (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

Responsibilities
Warehosue Helper Responsibilities:Create and maintain a safe organized work environment.Assist in reviewing incoming shipping documents and update inventory.Assist in reviewing outgoing shipping documents and updating inventory.Assist in inspections of inventory and product orders for accuracy.Assist in loading/unloading packages from trucks.Report product discrepancies to management.Assist with the setting up of material on machines.Actively communicate with teammates.Operate forklifts to relocate material.Other Operations tasks as assigned.

Wieland is hiring a Controller. The Controller is responsible for leading all accounting and financial reporting activities for the South Gate manufacturing operation. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial records, oversees the monthly close process, maintains strong internal controls, and provides financial analysis that supports operational and strategic decision-making. The Controller serves as the primary financial business partner for the local leadership team while ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
This role is located in South Gate, CA and will be fully on-site. While this role is local, occasional travel to other locations may be required (10% travel).
Base Salary Range: $114,600 – $143,355
May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle.

Responsibilities
Controller Responsibilities:Direct all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Review, approve, and reconcile all balance sheet accounts and month-end tasks.Review, analyze, and post payroll-related journal entries, including wage, bonus, tax, and benefit accruals.Review and approve inventory accounting, including stores inventory, manufacturing inventory, and inventory reserves.Review and approve accruals related to operating liabilities.Open and close accounting periods and ensure all journal entries are accurate, complete, and properly supported.Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for business unit leadership, North America finance, and corporate headquarters.Review monthly financial results with the Business Unit President and senior leadership, providing meaningful analysis of operating performance.Prepare monthly reporting and business review presentations in accordance with corporate reporting deadlines.Analyze financial performance, identifying key variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year, while providing actionable recommendations.Partner with operations, supply chain, human resources, engineering, and commercial teams to support financial planning and business initiatives.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities for the business unit.Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting, inventory, fixed assets, purchasing, and other key business processes.Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, GAAP, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Serve as the primary financial contact for internal audits, external audits, tax examinations, and regulatory reviews.Oversee fixed asset accounting, capital project accounting, depreciation, and physical asset verification.Monitor cash management activities, working capital, inventory valuation, and cost control initiatives.Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, financial systems, reporting automation, and operational efficiencies.Support strategic business decisions through financial modeling, profitability analysis, and capital investment evaluations.
Controller Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferredMinimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years of leadership or management experience.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and internal controls.Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial consolidation/reporting systems such as OneStream.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer service.

Wieland is hiring a Rolling Mill Machine Operator. The Rolling Mill Machine Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating the Rolling Mill with a team member (Operator 2) using established metallurgical guidelines. Responsibilities
Rolling Mill Machine Operator Responsibilities:Work independently and as part of a team with safety as the number one priority. Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Bring problems to the attention of the Supervisor, Safety or HR.Safely operating the equipment on and around RM including coil changeovers, roll changes (work and backup), monitoring the quality of material running, and basic maintenance. Material handling.Loading and unloading coils on machine.Setting up the equipment for production.Following and adjusting schedule developed by the Planning Department.Frontline line trouble shooting of RM and its associated equipment/communicating needs/issues to the Production Management and Maintenance Department as they arise.Performing in-process inspection, preparing and visually inspecting samples for QA; reduce scrap and monitor material qualityCrosstrain in other areas of the Production Department and train other employees as RM Operator.Ensure a safe and environmentally responsible plant according to the applying regulations, and maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.Maintain 5S improvements.Cooperate with other areas to continuously improve quality, machine uptime, efficiency and productivity.
Rolling Mill Machine Operator Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent is required.1+ years of industrial skilled machine experience required.Ability to work with calipers, micrometers, and other types of testing equipment required.Ability to work under pressure with high stress levels required.Maintain production schedule.Monitor material quality, including flatness, gauge, hardness, grain size, and surface finish.Must be able to learn and safely operate an overhead crane, forklift, and pallet Jacks. (motorized and manual).Willing to work on short notice, volunteer overtime, and/or required overtime as needed.Ensure proper identification of coils and samples.Achieve production throughput, yield, and scrap goals.Maintain a positive attitude in a team environment

Starting Pay: $27.31 - $31.47
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00PM-3:00AM (training period 7:00AM-5:00PM)

Responsibilities
CNC Production Machinist Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.
Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain part quality.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
Verify dimensions and surface finishes meet print or process requirements.
Record inspection data and report deviations or defects promptly.
Follow and maintain quality control procedures.
CNC Production Machinist Qualifications:
High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus.
Minimum 1 year CNC Experience
Ability to work unsupervised.
Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
