Key Responsibilities: Lead construction projects with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Set direction, allocate resources, and maintain a high standard of execution. Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, assessing project scope and resource needs. Oversee construction efforts to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to budget and schedule. Maintain direct communication with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Develop and manage project schedules. Handle financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments and equipment rental. Manage change orders and estimate additional work as necessary. Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor to meet project goals. Represent company in meetings, including project discussions and labor negotiations. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with company guidelines. Monitor project costs and performance. Coordinate subcontractors and lead contractor meetings. Prepare and manage subcontracts and change orders. Mentor and guide Project Engineers. Troubleshoot project issues and implement solutions. Ensure a smooth and efficient project closeout, including financial reconciliation. Qualifications
