Position Overview
The Store Manager (Assistant Manager) is key to cultivating team culture, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing future leaders. 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment. Car wash experience is not required. Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.Skills & Abilities
