The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our future and current residents’ living spaces and the building’s common areas. This includes light maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for excellence. Common Areas & Amenities: Clean and maintain community rooms, pool and spa areas, outdoor patios and grilling stations, fitness centers, saunas, and guest suitesVacant Apartments: Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residentsCarpet Care: Shampoo carpets using company-provided equipment to ensure a pristine appearanceSupplies Management: Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are well-stockedExterior Maintenance: Keep exterior walkways and landscaped areas clean and presentableSnow/Ice Care: Assist with snow and ice management to maintain safe access to building entriesDeep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks on a periodic basis to uphold the highest standards of cleanlinessEvent Assistance: Support the property management team during resident events as neededLight Maintenance: Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, furnace filters, and replacing batteriesFlexibility: Occasionally provide support at other locations as requiredRequirements:Required Qualifications
