    Role responsibilities

    What you'll do as a Hand Orthopedic Surgeon:

    Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for foot and ankle conditions, including trauma, sports injuries, deformities, arthritis, and complex reconstructive needs.

    Perform foot and ankle surgeries, including arthroscopy, fracture management, tendon/ligament repair, ankle replacement, and minimally invasive procedures.

    Develop individualized treatment plans that may include surgical and nonsurgical approaches.

    Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound.

    Collaborate with orthopedic partners, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

    Qualifications you'll need:

    Graduated from an accredited Medical School

    Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon

    An active New York Medical License

The Hospital’s Flanzer Emergency Department is the busiest in Westchester County, with more than 64,000 patient visits a year.
