Responsibilities:Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for 3-year-old students in a faith-based classroom settingCreate a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive developmentIncorporate Christian values and biblical principles into daily curriculum and classroom cultureCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activitiesManage classroom behavior using positive, developmentally appropriate strategiesCollaborate with church staff and fellow educators to support program goals and special eventsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environmentRequirements:Experience working with preschool or early childhood age groups (ages 3–5)Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredStrong commitment to Christian faith and valuesWarm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with young childrenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and staffAbility to pass a background check as required by the churchCPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
