In this role, you'll build relationships with top-tier travel advisors, represent our brand at elite industry events, and create unforgettable experiences for discerning travelers. This is a full-time, on-site position, based in Boston, with regular travel to key markets and properties.

Maintaining knowledge of: hotel facilities/services & hours of operation; guest room layouts, bed types, décor, locations and amenities; room availability, restricted dates, rates/types, packages and promotions; entertainment and special events scheduled in the hotels & on the island; travel options to the island (boat and plane)Accommodating special requests in the systemVerifying all reservation information with caller to ensure accuracyIf you have excellent communication skills, are organized, flexible, great with computers and Microsoft office and have a sense of humor, we would love to welcome you to our White Elephant Resorts family.
