A local facilities management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor Technician to lead and oversee our maintenance team. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily operations.Perform and oversee all phases of facilities maintenance, including:Electrical systemsPlumbing systemsHVAC maintenance and repairsGeneral building maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.Maintain positive relationships with clients and the public.Serve as the primary company representative at job sites throughout Middle Tennessee.Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Valid driver's license with a good driving record.Ability to pass drug screening and background check.Compensation & Benefits
