The Lytle Park Hotel is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations in a luxury, full-service hotel environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundryLead, train, and develop a team of housekeeping leaders and expertsEnsure adherence to brand standards, Forbes standards, and cleanliness expectationsConduct regular inspections to maintain quality and consistencyManage labor productivity, scheduling, and departmental budgetsCollaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operationsDrive engagement and accountability within the housekeeping teamMaintain inventory controls and oversee ordering of supplies and linensQualificationsRequired: Prior housekeeping leadership experience in a full-service hotel environmentPreferred: Experience in a luxury hotel settingStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and uphold high service standardsKnowledge of housekeeping operations, systems, and best practicesFlexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays#IND200 #ZR150

The Lytle Park Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for leading daily food and beverage outlet operations while creating exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining the luxury standards expected of a Forbes Recommended hotel.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is passionate about delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
What You'll Do
Lead and support daily operations across our food and beverage outlets, including Subito, Vista at Lytle Park, and In-Room Dining.Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house teams through active leadership and accountability.Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining Forbes and Marriott luxury service standards.Partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver seamless operations.Assist with scheduling, labor management, payroll, and departmental budgeting.Monitor service quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally while creating service recovery opportunities.Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and recognition initiatives.Maintain compliance with all company policies, food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.Foster a positive, engaging culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.QualificationsPrevious leadership experience in hotel or upscale restaurant food and beverage operations preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Passion for developing people and creating an engaging team culture.Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Marriott experience is preferred but not required.Luxury hotel experience and Forbes service knowledge are a plus.#IND200 #ZR150
