    Product Support Sales Representative

    ICM Solutions, a leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our growing team in Southern Utah. The PSSR is a key member of the Sales team, elevating our customers' experience and driving their ROI to ensure customers' operational success and ICM's financial objectives. The PSSR will work with our customers as a consultant in the areas of technical support and product management to ensure the best rate of return on their crushing, screening, conveying, and washing equipment investments.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their objectives.Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and time frame.Coordinate sales effort with internal team members and other departments.Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and deliver status reports.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.Travel (daily and overnight as needed) to build and maintain customer relationships and provide on-site support to operations.

    Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.Continuously improve through feedback.Proven work experience as a sales representative.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Familiarity w/CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

    Wheeler's Power and Energy (P&E) Oil and Gas Account Representative is an outside sales representative responsible for their safety and the revenue performance of their assigned customers based in the electric power and or oil & gas markets. This individual reports to the P&E Product Support Sales Manager and will be responsible for developing, expanding, and deepening existing customer relationships. This person will be the primary Product Support point of contact for the customer.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of addressable market opportunities based on intelligence from Caterpillar, trusted industry sources, and relevant feedback from customers.Assess and reports on customer's performance and needs on a regular basis to P&E Product Support Sales Manager and makes recommendations for how to achieve revenue targets and meet customer needs.Help develop an individual learning plan and meaningful SMART goals each year, and be accountable for executing those plans, expectations, and goals.Meet with customers in-person on a regular basis to build stronger long-term relationships and trust with the representative and Wheeler Machinery.Provide single point of Contact for Oil and Gas Customers for any needs related to their success.Build and present estimates to customers using CRM and PSE data provided by Cat.Maintain key data within CRM tool.Deliver parts to customers on an as-needed basis.Coordinate work with service and parts department to ensure they are aware of latest customer needs and priorities; ensure customers are updated with realistic expectations on a regular basis.Perform other duties as assigned.

    Field machinist/welder will perform welding repairs and fabrication on all types of machinery in the field or shop. Work at mine site and construction site locations. Perform welding, cutting, arc gouging and layout, line bore welding and machining.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Operate and maintain various machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and CNC machines, to create and repair components on-site.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Collaboration by coaching, mentoring, and educating others in a positive environment.Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge of welding repairs on machinery, buckets, dozer blades, etc.CDL and medical card.
