Utilize the computerized sales system efficiently and accurately to manage multiple and complex transactions. Manage large contracts by incorporating all relevant components such as logistics, base pricing, and product adders. Exhibit strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset to drive sales growth and successfully close complex deals. Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and mill manufacturing processes, including the specific products each mill produces. Support the development of strategic plans for manufacturing sites and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the regional industry, including competitor product lines and capabilities. Qualifications: * 5+ years sales or purchasing experience in lumber or commodity industries, or a related Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years relevant experience. * Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively negotiate. * Experience in handling complex transactions with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Demonstrated success in sales program consultation and generating profitable sales. * Knowledge of product uses, market trends, transportation, and supply chains. * Skilled in MS Office, PowerBI, and SAP. * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. * Willingness to travel up to 20%. What We Offer: Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $88,910 - $133,506 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
