Trinity Consultants is growing its environmental presence in Oregon and is seeking a Principal Consultant to help build, lead, and expand a natural resources program in the state. At its heart, this is a senior-level seller-doer role and is suited for a self-starter who thrives in building markets, leading work, and developing teams. Bolstering Trinity's expertise in water and ecology within the PNW market, this role will also work closely with other Trinity Consultants offices and service lines to deliver integrated environmental and natural resource solutions across the western United States. What will I be doing? Build and grow Trinity's natural resources consulting presence in Oregon. Serve as a seller-doer, leading business development, client management, pursuits, and project delivery. Develop and maintain client relationships across real estate development, renewable energy, government, transportation and other linear infrastructure, and mining and resource extraction markets. Provide people leadership, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, and developing staff as the Oregon team grows. Lead and support projects involving: Wetland, stream, and aquatic resource assessments and delineations State and federal permitting, including Clean Water Act Sections 404/401 and Oregon Removal-Fill authorizations Wetland and stream mitigation planning, design coordination, and implementation support Habitat assessments, impact analyses, and ecological restoration planning Fisheries and aquatic biology studies, including fish habitat and ESA-related evaluations Fluvial geomorphology and hydrology, including stream classification, impact assessment, and restoration support NEPA environmental review and documentation, including technical studies and agency coordination Natural resource support for linear infrastructure projects such as transportation, utilities, pipelines, and transmission Renewable energy, mining, and other resource extraction projects, including reclamation and long-term monitoring Coordination with multidisciplinary teams providing cultural resources, GIS, water resources, and restoration services Establish and execute a hiring and growth plan aligned with market demand and business goals. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture. Support career development, performance management, and succession planning for staff. What qualifications are required for this role? Bachelor's degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, or related field (Master's preferred). 12+ years of experience in natural resources or environmental consulting. Demonstrated experience as a self-starter who has built or expanded a consulting program or geographic market. Demonstrated interest and experience in people leadership and team development. Strong understanding of Oregon and federal wetland and aquatic resource regulations. Established client and regulatory relationships within Oregon. Experience with NEPA, FERC, and/or cultural resources is a plus. The wage range for this position is $161,000 - $191,000 per year depending on education and experience. What does Trinity offer you?     WestLand is seeking experienced Archaeology Crew Leads to help oversee archaeological survey, testing and data recovery projects. These positions may be based out of either our Reno, Nevada or Salt Lake City, Utah offices. Our crews can be found working throughout the Great Basin and Colorado Plateau regions on CRM projects for private and public sector clients. For out-of-town work that includes overnight, or longer duration stays, per diem and/or single-occupancy hotel rooms are provided.

    What will I be doing?

    Supervise archaeological field work (e.g., field survey, testing, monitoring, and data recovery excavations) independently or under the guidance of a Field Director.Supervise field crews in the recording of artifacts, features, and sites, creating scaled profiles and plans, and maintaining quality paperwork, notes, and records either independently or under the guidance of a Field Director.Performing preliminary project related tasks, including data analysis and lab tasks, under appropriate supervision.File and scan project related records and paperwork.Contribute to tasks related to all phases of project work, including record searches, site record production, and technical report production (including contributions to report sections, tables, and figures) under appropriate supervision.

    What qualifications are required for this role?

    Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field required.A minimum of one year of supervisory experience as a cultural resource professional in the western U.S.Previous experience working in the Colorado Plateau and/or Great Basin culture regions. Preference will be given to those candidates that are permitted or permittable in Nevada, Idaho, and/or Utah. Ability to conduct fieldwork for long hours in various environments and conditions including extreme temperatures, rough terrain, and potentially high altitudes.Ability to travel for work, occasionally on short notice and for extended periods (paid drive time, M&I per diem, lodging when available). For remote projects where lodging is unavailable, camping may be necessary and additional per diem will be provided.Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced and creative environment.

    The salary range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 /hour.

    Our Engineering Department in Phoenix is adding an experienced Project Manager to their team! The Phoenix team focuses primarily on Water/Wastewater projects and this position will play a significant role in helping develop and mentor newer engineers and other technical professionals. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to further build our market share by fostering relationships with current and future clients.

    What will I be doing?

    Managing and mentoring Professional Engineers (PE's), Engineers In Training (EIT's) and other technical staff.Creating and developing written proposals. Some technical writing may also be required.Developing and managing water and wastewater design projects. This includes designing water distribution storage systems, wastewater collection systems, pumps stations, lift stations, piping and conveyance systems and other water/wastewater system details. Managing and coordinating deliverables from subcontractors, vendors, and partner consultants.Facilitating and/or coordinating communication and the delivery of information between WestLand, our subcontractors, and our vendors with our clients.Building relationships with current and future clients and vendors.

    What qualifications are required for this role?

    You will have a bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in a related engineering discipline or in a related field.Preference will be given to those candidates that are registered (or have the ability to register) as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with water/wastewater systems.A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a project manager in an engineering environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).

    The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $138,000.00 per year.
