    SUMMARY This position is responsible for achieving company sales and profitability targets in the assigned sales territory for Westlake Royal Building Products - Roofing Solutions. Develop and maintain consultative relationships with customers and prospects in the following defined segments: Distributors, Custom home Builders, Roofing Contractors, General Contractors and Multi-Family Builders. Thorough understanding of the needs of these segments and key customers. Responsible for expanding market share and developing sales strategies. This position is assigned to the Phoenix region. Products include concrete and clay tile products and Westlake Royal Roofing System Components. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include, but are not limited to, the following: * Quickly establish strong relationships with all existing customers * Sell Westlake Royal Building Products' concrete and clay roofing products from and services to achieve targets/quotas in Westlake Roofing defined segments * Work with architects and designers so that the company's products are specified in the original planning documents * Interpret data obtained from lead generation, industry/market data, research, and other reporting factors * Consistently drive product performance to achieve market share, sales growth, and ASP * Develop and maintain territory plans to achieve company and regional business plan objectives and sales goals * Establish and maintain positive customer relations by regularly meeting and consulting with current and potential customers * Build a strong rapport with key decision makers within customers' organizations * Participate in local building and roofing associated trade shows * Be well versed in customer business operations and their need for products, intangibles, key personnel, and customers * Provide information concerning marketing opportunities and competitive products and companies to regional and corporate managers * Recommend changes in company products, practices, and marketing activities to capitalize on current competitive situations * Operate territory business within a given expense budgetary limit * Manage customer complaints in accordance with company policy * Coordinate with accounting personnel to keep customer accounts receivable current * Provide technical advice to current and potential customers * Distributing technical literature * Arrange demonstrations and training sessions * On a timely basis, submit all written and electronically transmitted sales reports and forecasts * Participate in prescribed sales, technical, and product training programs and direction * Manage company customer database information so it can effectively assist in matching customer needs with product offerings * Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures * Some overnight travel may be required/or 20 % of travel required EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree preferred * Bilingual a plus (Spanish) * Direct sales experience preferred; building product sales experience preferred * Excellent negotiating skills * Strong relationship building skills * Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented * An enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills * Requires the consultative mind-set, solution-oriented method of selling * Working knowledge of MS office suite including teams and outlook 365 * Experience with Salesforce, SAP or other deal desk systems * Insurability and valid US state driver's license is mandatory. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. This role oversees monthly and quarterly close processes, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. The position supervises the North American Accounting team and partners with multiple manufacturing sites to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Close & Reporting * Coordinate period-end financial close for all North America Compound sites. * Prepare and review monthly/quarterly account reconciliations. * Assist in divisional financial statement preparation and reporting. * Prepare month-end reports and perform variance analysis with commentary. Internal Controls & Compliance * Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance. * Coordinate internal and external audit requests for Compound sites. Leadership & Team Development * Supervise a Senior Accountant and Principal Analyst, providing guidance and professional development. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Systems & Process Improvement * Support implementation of new IT systems to ensure financial accuracy. * Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred. * 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in petrochemical or related industries. * Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred. * Strong financial analysis and cost accounting experience preferred. * ERP experience required; S4/HANA strongly preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.     JOB SUMMARY This position repairs and maintains the assigned machinery and mechanical equipment ensuring at all times that the company safety rules are followed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures * Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility * Performs preventive maintenance operations on machinery according to schedules * Installs, rebuilds and repairs a wide variety of machines as directed by the Maintenance Manager/supervisor * Services and maintains a limited range of building and production equipment following procedures * Analyzes, detects, and determines the nature of the problem and provides input as to the extent of the repairs required.
