    Responsible for providing quality customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Check-in Specialty Marketing packagesAssign unitsIssue room keysCollect deposit and taxesIssue parking permitHook tours, book attraction/dinner reservations, sell attraction tickets, add extra nights, upgrade packagesQualify guests for presentationCourtesy call guests after check-inProvide customer service to all Specialty Marketing packagesWork with confidential informationOrder supplies for the department as neededMail out paperwork as neededMaintain various departmental reportsOther duties may be assignedQualifications

    Job Description

    General Summary Of Duties:

    Facilitate the flow of inventory items throughout the Hotel.  Daily maintenance of computerized inventory system.  Daily, monthly cost and revenue reports. 

    Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

    Receiving and verifying shipments from vendor.Processing in-house orders verifying products is correct. Conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile stock records.Organizing and labeling inventory in a warehouse.Reporting inventory discrepancies and working with purchasing teams.Audit all warehouse paperwork and all pricing variances.Using inventory management software to track and update stock in real time.Qualifications

    Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

    Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers, .Ability to act independently.Ability to work with interruptions (i.e., phones, employees, superiors).Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to complete inventory, daily reports and communicate with superiors and other employees.Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in case of emergency situations and to read caution and/or safety notices.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language sufficient to understand verbal/written job requests from supervisor and co-workers.Basic mathematical skills are necessary to weigh and measure as well as complete inventory and daily reports.Sufficient manual dexterity of hand to use computer keyboard, calculator/10-key and typewriter.Ability to operate personal computer, calculator/10-key, word processor, typewriter, telephone, staple guns, box cutter, and photo copier.Ability to remain alert throughout the duration of shift.Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job function.Keep your workstation neat and orderly.Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.

    Additional Information

    Typical physical / mental demands:

    Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, crouch, lift and/or carry items weighing a maximum of 30 lbs. to a height of 3 feet on an intermittent basis.Ability to walk/stand and work 50% of shift walking a maximum of 2 miles.

    Job Description

    Provide pest control on turf, hotel rooms, and restaurants and in all areas maintained by Westgate. Mix/apply pesticides, or insecticides through sprays, dusts, vapors, soil incorporation or chemical application on trees, shrubs, lawns, or botanical crops.

    As Pest Control Technician, you will:

    Maintain good healthy turf and ornamentals by spraying unwanted pests.Spray turf and ornamentals with herbicides, insecticides and fungicides using several different methods including but not limited to; boom spraying, flood jet, wand and drench spraying.Fill sprayer tanks with water and chemicals, according to formula.Mix pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides for application to trees, shrubs, lawns, or botanical crops.Cover areas to specified depths with pesticides, applying knowledge of weather conditions, droplet sizes, elevation-to-distance ratios, and obstructions.Lift, push, and swing nozzles, hoses, and tubes in order to direct spray over designated areas.Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.

    Qualifications

    Job Description

    Supports resort operations by performing basic electrician tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders.

    As a Trades II - Electrician, you will:
