    What You'll Do

    As the Area Sales Manager, you will drive occupancy and revenue by developing local business relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring a strong sales pipeline for each property. You'll respond quickly to leads, conduct site tours, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate sales activity in the CRM.

    You will serve all three hotels, partnering closely with the Area Director of Sales and General Managers to review performance ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to group, corporate, and transient business development.

    THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN AREA DIRECTOR OF SALES

    This is a full-time position with regular travel required throughout the assigned Utah market.


    In this role, you'll spend your days collaborating with property leadership teams and executive management to strengthen hotel performance, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive strategic sales initiatives throughout the Utah market. You'll lead market growth efforts, guide revenue strategy execution, mentor and develop sales professionals, and build strong partnerships that contribute to long-term success.


    OUR IDEAL AREA DIRECTOR OF SALES

    Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of hotel sales leadership experienceDemonstrated success in revenue growth and strategic account managementExperience managing budgets, forecasting, and hotel revenue systemsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to travel regularly throughout the assigned Utah market

    Regional or multi-property hospitality sales management experience, Marriott, Hilton, or similar-branded hotel systems experience, and advanced sales leadership or revenue management certifications are preferred.
