Critter Control Operations (CCO) is a premier provider of wildlife management services. We specialize in wildlife removal, exclusion, and damage repair for residential and commercial properties. Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and responsible solutions to nuisance wildlife and pest problems. What type of benefits will you receive? Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets. Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales. Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience. What does a day in the life look like? Spend most of your day in your territory responding to and prospecting new leads Conduct interior and exterior property inspections (roofs, attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces). Create, present, and close detailed proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services using existing proposal templates Build on existing leads by self-generating new opportunities. If a home or business has a pest problem, chances are the neighbor does too! Follow up relentlessly to close deals, collect payments, and re-engage past prospects and customers. Qualifications What do you need to be successful? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus Valid driver's license Must be available to travel up to 10% Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date A hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related field (pest control, roofing, construction, route-based businesses) Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule Proficiency in using several types of software and applications What does the work environment look like?
