Job Responsibilities Communicate daily with your team of drivers to ensure efficient operations. Ensure on-time delivery for all freight shipments. Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives. Develop strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience on the road, and supporting their professional growth within the organization. Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Track freight to confirm timely delivery within allotted timeframes. Job Qualifications Relevant sales or management experience in the transportation industry. Demonstrated track record of achievement and success, with the ability to lead by example. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges. Excellent prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competitive mindset and a drive to succeed. Refuse-to-lose mentality with a commitment to excellence. Job Requirements Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.
