    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Lead complex US sales/use tax returns utilizing Vertex Returns platform, including detailed analysis of purchase transactions for use taxManage other indirect tax filings, such as, international VAT/GST, property tax, unclaimed property, US Census, gross receipts, and business license.Prepare technical tax memoranda analyzing indirect tax matters including international VAT/GST, nexus determinations, product/service taxability assessments, and ASC 450 (FAS-5) contingent liability quantification.Process monthly indirect tax remittance, treasury coordination, and cash flow forecastingManage general ledger reconciliations to ensure SOX compliance.Review & approve customer resale/exemption certificates to ensure validity for order processing.Lead cross-functional tax projects across Finance, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure compliance with global indirect tax requirements and drive process improvementsCollaborate with M&A team on sales and use tax due diligenceTake ownership of indirect tax audits such as, data gathering, report analysis, research, and auditor communications.Resolve notices received from taxing jurisdictions.Ability to identify and raise issues to tax management to ensure that the company collects, accrues, and remits the appropriate tax. Assist with system implementation projects related to tax engines, ERP upgrades, and automation toolsWork on special projects as required.Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    Job Description

    The Manufacturing Supervisor functions as a leader coordinating between manufacturing, maintenance, process and equipment engineering teams in planning and improving down time, process efficiency and production of high quality wafers.

    In addition, the Manufacturing Supervisor will often be directly involved in the resolution of tooling or processing issues and may recommend, document and implement changes at the direction of the appropriate engineering group. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also play a vital role to improve throughput and risk mitigation for the manufacturing line.

    Manage a department of 30 to 45 reports engaged in the production of thin-film/ photolithography/wet etch processes.  Provide leadership and direction to shift operators and leads toward the attainment of production goals.  Maintain oversight of the production process and drive resolution of problems that arise.  Adapt to changes on the fly and pursue alternate paths, when necessary to achieve objectives.

    Job Description

    The Senior Director of Business Applications is a strategic leadership role focused on the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise applications that power critical revenue-generating process segments: Market-to-Lead, Lead-to-Order, and Contact-to-Resolution for channel (route-to-market) and consumer. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Systems Group, this leader will own application architecture and drive intelligent automation using agentic AI to transform these processes for better customer experience, greater speed, efficiency, and scalability.

    Define and evolve the target-state architecture (platforms, data flows, and integrations) that supports seamless execution of these process segments at global scale.Lead the selection, implementation, integration, and continuous optimization of business applications that enable Market-to-Lead (campaigns, lead generation, scoring), Lead-to-Order (configuration, pricing, quoting, order management), and Contact-to-Resolution (customer experience, case management, service).Architect and deliver robust, scalable integrations between CRM, CPQ, order management, service platforms, and supporting systems to ensure end-to-end process visibility and automation.Drive agentic AI-enabled automation across the defined process segments, including intelligent lead qualification, dynamic pricing/quoting, automated order fulfillment, proactive issue resolution, and autonomous workflow orchestration.Partner with business stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Channel, Consumer, and Technical Support to translate requirements into future-ready application architectures and AI-augmented solutions.Establish governance, standards, and best practices for application architecture, data quality, and AI solution reliability within these process areas.Lead a high-performing team of architects, analysts, developers, and AI specialists responsible for building and maintaining these capabilities.Collaborate with the VP of Business Systems Group on roadmap prioritization, investment decisions, vendor/partner management, and executive reporting on progress, risks, and business impact.Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance (including SOX where applicable), performance, and scalability requirements for a global high-tech manufacturer.Identify and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the architecture and agentic AI automation on revenue velocity, conversion rates, order accuracy, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

     

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Job Description

    Program Overview 

    The Finance Rotational Program is a three-year immersive experience designed for recent graduates of undergraduate and MBA programs in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Participants will rotate through three distinct functional areas, gaining exposure to the breadth of Corporate Finance and Accounting. 

    Rotational Experience 

    Complete three one-year rotations across key Finance functions such as: 

    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Tax Internal Audit Business Unit Finance Treasury Technical Accounting SEC Reporting Revenue Accounting 

    Rotations are determined by business needs and available opportunities; specific placements are not guaranteed. 

    End-of-Program Placement 

    Participants may be offered full-time, permanent roles prior to completing the program based on performance and organizational needs. 

    Those not placed early will be formally reviewed at the end of the third year for potential permanent placement within the Finance organization.
