    West Monroe is searching for a Senior Manager, Cloud and Infrastructure with a background in IT/public cloud engineering, architecture, security, and/or strategy to join our Cybersecurity and Enterprise Technology practice and focus on due diligence for client M&A post close deals. The Senior Manager will contribute to post-close IT infrastructure assessments across various industries, including Private Equity, High-Tech & Software, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Identified areas of weakness are communicated to client executives in the form of investment summaries, often leading to post-close remediation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our growing tech M&A practice area, leverage both IT and advisory skillsets, and guide our clients' corporate development decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    What You'll Do:

    Client Delivery & Relationship Management
    Lead end-to-end delivery of utility CIS programs, including system implementations, upgrades, conversions, integrations, and optimization initiatives.     Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of consulting or utility industry experience, with significant exposure to utility CIS programs. Hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B (implementation, configuration, or functional leadership). Experience with SAP Utilities (IS-U and/or S/4HANA Utilities). Experience with large-scale system transformations, data conversions, and system integrations. Proven experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements.     Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

    Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
