    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: up to $23 an hour

    Schedule: 5:30am-1:30pm and 10am-6:30pm (Monday-Friday, E/O weekend)

    Prepare and cook meals following menus and dietary guidelines

    Ensure meals are served hot, fresh, and on time

    Work with the dining team to create a positive experience for residents

    What We're Looking For:

    Previous cooking experience (healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant) preferred

    Knowledge of food safety & sanitation standards

    Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing needs

    Passion for serving seniors with care and creativity

    3-5 years of cooking experience required.

    Position Summary

    The Renovations Technician II is responsible for carrying out a wide range of renovation tasks within the organization. This role involves assisting in renovation projects and repairs and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.

    Essential Duties and Functions Perform and assist on various renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and plumbing. Handle repairs as required. Ensures work performed complies with local building codes, regulations, and meets WEL community standards. Ensures materials, tools, and equipment are used as designed. Follow safety protocols and practices on renovation sites. Qualifications include: Minimum 1-3 years' experience in renovations team or construction crew. Preferably in a health care setting. Proficient in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and fire protection. Painting experience is required.
    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
    Licensure/Certification : OSHA 10-hour certification.     The Floor Care Worker is responsible for performing specialized floor cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that all floor surfaces in the community are clean, polished, and well maintained.

    Essential Duties:

    Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors in residential units, common areas, dining facilities, hallways, and other designated spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, or perform other techniques on floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents to ensure all surfaces remain clean and sanitized. Inspect floors for damages, cracks, or wear and tear, and notify appropriate maintenance personnel for repairs.

    Related Experience:

    Previous experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work preferred. Knowledge of various floor care techniques and various equipment preferred.

    Education or Degree Requirement:

    Some schooling or equivalent work experience preferred
