Schedule: 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
What You'll Do:
Provide daily personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support)
Administer medications safely and accurately as a Med Tech
Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly
Offer companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For:Med Tech Certification (state-specific) required
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred

Essential Responsibilities:
Implement and execute an established patient treatment plan under the supervision of an occupational therapist. Monitor a patient's progress to make sure they are successfully tolerating and completing treatment. Help patients improve their quality of life by finding solutions to their problems. Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements. Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations. Have a working knowledge of medicare and other payor sources. have full knowledge of resident's rights. Exude professionalism in presentation. Perform other duties required. Qualifications:Qualifications and Education requirements:
